Council Meetings – Agendas & Minutes

Staff and elected Councillors of Haldimand County meet regularly to conduct the business of the municipality. The meeting schedule for Council in Committee, Council, and Committee of the Whole is published at the beginning of each calendar year.

Below you will find agendas and minutes for upcoming and past Council in Committee, Council, Committee of the Whole, and Police Services Board meetings.

How to watch Council meetings

To live stream, select the meeting you wish to watch from the calendar, then open its agenda. The live meeting will appear in the top right-hand corner of the agenda.

To watch an archived video from a previous meeting, select the meeting from the calendar and click the ‘Video’ link.

Videos of Council meetings up to and including March 17, 2020 are archived on the County’s YouTube channel.

Council meets on a three-week rotation:

Week One: Tuesday – Council in Committee
Week Two: Monday – Council
Week Three: Open to schedule other meetings
