Historical Landmarks & Associations

  • Preserving and promoting interest in the history of Dunnville and surrounding areas, reseraching local history and genealogy, Dunnville District Heritage Association
  • Local History Genealogy Room, Jarvis Public Library
  • Commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Grand River Naval Depot, Located withing Port Maitland East Park, Port Maitland Cairn
  • In combination with a lock around the Dunnville dam and locks further up the Grand River, The Port Maitland Lock allowed small ships and barges to travel from Lake Erie to Brantford, Port Maitland Lock
  • North Erie Shore Historical Society Geanealogy Collection, Selkirk Public Library
