Swim for Life

Haldimand County continues to use Swim for Life as a cost-effective program that is seamless from tots to adults. This in-depth program by the Lifesaving Society stresses lots of in-water practice to develop solid swimming strokes and skills. And, it incorporates valuable Water Smart® education that will last a lifetime.

Swim for Life is organized into five modules: Parent & Tot, Pre-school, Swimmer, Adult, and Fitness Swimmer. Swimmer levels lead seamlessly into the basic lifesaving awards: Rookie, Ranger and Star Patrol.

Use the Swim for Life Registration Chart to determine in which level to register for the next session.
